Created  for those who care about health and shape, for those seeking individual fitness resolution, and for those who want to be more than a serial number at the gym.

I specialize in health training and high performance habits building.

High performance is a fitness strategy focused on physical and mental improvement, by using natural and science-backed methods, in order to enhance intellectual and physical performance for everyday efficiency in your professional and private life.

“Move, Eat and Shine Coaching Program”

It is a convenient and results-driven three element program, including:

  • Workouts
    • Focus on the technique, core and global strength, mobility and conditioning. Some of the methods included are: gymnastics, pilates, physiotherapy, stretching, calisthenics, functional and animal moves. What is important from the technical point of view, the workout will be streamed from two cameras, providing a wide and close view – Pic 1 attached below! Practically it means you will be able to follow the workout’s flow and exercise details smoothly.
  • Nutrition Education
    • Holistic approach to nutrition, where the quality and timing of the meals, as well as your daily schedule and stress level are taken into consideration.
  • Lifestyle Coaching 
    • Biohacking, including sleep and stress management; Motivation sharpening

Each session is 55  min long and it is up to us what we want to focus on. We can easily split the session between the three elements of the program.

Operation areas:

  • At the affiliated PT studio in False Creek/Olympic Village area (gym fees included in the package price)
  • In home (limited availability, + $20 per session)

Quarterly Subscriptions

The packages are available as renewable Quarterly Subscriptions. Each session may be used as a workout, nutrition or lifestyle consulting at the gym or online. Each package is valid for 4 weeks. Cancellation is accepted before opening the third month of each Subscription. For session rescheduling 24 hours cancellation policy applies.

3 x week Subscription

3 sessions per week. Quarterly cost for 12 sessions: $2697+tax, with the payment divided into three monthly tranches, $899+tax monthly.

2 x week Subscription

2 sessions per week. Quarterly cost for 8 sessions: $1977+tax, with the payment divided into three monthly tranches, $659+tax monthly.

1 x week Subscription

1 session per week. Quarterly cost for 4 sessions: $1197+tax, with the payment divided into three monthly tranches, $399+tax monthly.
